The driver saw it coming on his side but he never even tried to slow down His fault, he could've easily avoid that crush.

i agree, the driver could have avoided that if he would of just been more cautious and slowed down more... lol though at the truck having no apparent damage

I wouldn't say the construction truck caused it. I would say the woman who couldn't bother to slow while honking her horn for 200 ft caused the accident.
