Woman Wandering in the Road to Save Pet Gets Hit by 2 Guys on a Bike
Mexico, a 25-year-old girl was run over by a couple riding a motorcycle before fleeing the scene. The first person who comes to help her is a doctor who told the bystanders the right way to move her in order to put her on firmer ground, call the ambulance, and during the whole process we try to take care of her head that was in the rain and had a cranioencephalic fracture with hemorrhage in which she was kept under pressure and compression to avoid knowing if the bleeding would continue, since the patient was presenting hypothermia due to the drop in temperature.

Probably the light sensor on the camera was triggered when the emergency vehicle with the bright lights showed up. I imagine that camera shows black and white at night when there is little light, but during the day shows color. So maybe just the flashing lights were enough to shift the camera over to day mode. Just a possibility.
