On second viewing, why was that car even there in the intersection? She had a "walk" signal from the crosswalk sign, so it should have been safe passage. Sad for the dogs though. I'd like to know more about this incident. Surely this must have gone to trial, either criminal or civil. I'd be interested to see if the driver was charged with anything as well as the general outcome of this unfortunate event. |

He swirved but she actually jumped in the way of the car. It looked wet out so who knows how hard he tried. I don't give a f*ck, green or red, look both ways you tool! He should of been paying attention too!
