Woman in Skoda Runs Down and Killing Two Pedestrians Crossing a Highway
Russia, Yesterday around 7.32 PM on the highway near Yekaterinburg a 37 year-old woman, driving a Skoda ran over 2 pedestrians running across the highway. The Skoda driver who had a 10 year driving experience told that she moved to the left lane with a speed of 100 km/h and she didn't see the two crossing the road in time. She told the Toyota took went to the right and never saw them hitting the brakes. She then saw people in front of her but did not have time to hit the brakes in time. According to others she was racing against the Toyota. She collected 10 traffic violations in 2013 alone. |

Not really her fault though was it? It is a motorway, you do not suddenly expect to see two people out for a walk in front of you!!  |

She was driving about 61/62 mph. Which is normal. This doesn't have to do with her past violations. 2 people were crossing a fucking highway, what the fuck did they think would happen?  |

Have to agree; not really her fault. She might be a poor driver, but in that instance, anyone could have fucked up. Of course, leaving prudential distance would have helped.
