Woman on Scooter Rides into Steel Bar Carried by 2 Men Crossing the Road
Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, southern China. Two men carrying long steel bar walked across the road careless of traffic when a woman came riding a scooter/motorcycle. One of the man raised the steel bar causing the woman to hit the bar in her neck/chest region and made her fall. Mrs. Chung suffered injuries to her face and neck. Authorities have now ordered both men to pay compensation to the victim.
