A woman was run over and dragged and left lying on the ground seriously injured, the driver who hit her decided to flee, but was eventually stopped. The woman is recovering from injuries.

Looks like she was hit, did some tumbling in the air, and dropped. Doesn't seem like the car dragged her. But glad she s recovering. Now how about investing in street safety Bolivia?
