Woman Lost 2 of Her Teeth After She Was Hit by a Bike in a Hit-and-run Incident
A 42-year-old accountant lost two of her teeth after she was knocked down by a motorcycle in a hit-and-run incident at a pedestrian crossing outside a primary school in Malaysia. “I was flung a metre. I dread to imagine what would have happened if a child had been hit. “He was riding quite fast, paying no heed to the safety of the pupils who use the pedestrian crossing daily,” said the victim, who declined to be named. The 6.50pm incident in Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah on Monday also left her with bruises on her forehead. Apparently, the motorcyclist had beat the red light. At the time, the victim was on her way to pick up her Year One daughter. She managed to pick herself up and walk to safety. A 29-second video clip showing the incident has since gone viral on social media. The victim, who has since lodged a police report, said it was irresponsible of the motorcyclist to just flee the scene. She said several parents and the school security guard came to her aid. Penang traffic chief Supt Roslan Ali said they were looking for the motorcyclist, adding that those with information should contact 04-269 1999 or any police station. He said that the case was being investigated as reckless and dangerous driving |

Re: Woman Lost 2 of Her Teeth After She Was Hit by a Bike in a Hit-and-run Incident
Assuming that the lost teeth were just lying around there, she should have just picked them up and put them in a glass of water or milk. I lost a front tooth from a motorcycle accident and I have the chance of saving the tooth but it was 1 AM and dental clinics are closed in that time plus it was dark so we could barely find my tooth. Sad and now I'll have to live with a partial denture/flipper until I get my implant next year.
