The two boxes on the ground next to her vanished after the blast, cleared away by the blast or possibly secondaries if they had fireworks in them too. If you pause frame by frame, the fireball reaches almost to the person approaching with the dolly. It's a big blast, I think the dark bundle next to the red cart is her, that or she is in orbit, like a Chinese skyrocket I bought in the 1970's named "Money Violating the Heavenly Palace".

Yeah, she is definitely down for the count. Look at the peeps standing around looking down at her making phone calls to the bambulance or Communist authorities to report a violation. I don't think a grenade would transport you like that, but hopefully the box had no metal shrapnel (I am no grenade RKI).
Next, the lady walks to the truck door and points inside, the person in the truck door is probably down for the count also, unless the lady is laughing ("Ohh, you'le in brackface like Ar Jorsen! Tee-hee-he"). Last, a large piece of paper drops from the sky 34 seconds after the blast in front of walking dude on his cellphone.

You might be correct, the guy walking with a cellphone sees something on the ground and bends down to examine or pick it up. Then he seems to say "yuck!", doesn't pick it up and walks away.
