Um, dumb whore in the Audi should look before merging. I am sure that is legal to ride between cars there, so they had the right of way. Stupid yes, but if this were the case, the white car is at fault.

You clearly have no idea of road rules. Even if she did check her mirrors, there little chance of seeing the scooter speeding up out of nowhere. |

Not the Audi driver's fault this time. Whilst lane-splitting is legal here in Australia, it's also common sense that you do not lane-split at high speed in case a driver needs to change lanes. There was no way the Audi could have seen the scooter at the angle she was coming from the lane as the car behind her would be obscuring view.
