The patrol noticed the woman arguing with the driver before, then when the driver drove away she stumbled, fell and some of her clothes got caught by the car, which driver didn't notice what happened. She was ok after the incident, refused hospitalization and went home alone by feet.

Interesting. Not one of those military/police go to the victim and try and free her as the others bust open the window or something. The insane asshole could have reversed easily, causing more harm to her or death.   |
