I dont get it, why didnt he just carry on driving ? I mean if he was gonna stop (which he did) then surely he should of stopped before hitting her. Hmmmz

The video is processed to brighten up the image a lot more than what you'd see in real life. She was wearing dark clothes, lots of backlighting to where she was standing, so the driver was effectively blinded to seeing her until he was right on top of her.

Doesn't help that she does a fucking deer-in-the-headlights...
