look at the hole in the back bulkhead of the bus. Road debris got kicked up and found its way to her face.

Yeah, and then it deflected off her noggin and left a grapefruit sized hole punched clean through the back of the bus. You can see the hole in the back of the bus super clearly.

The woman in the front seat winced just before the blast which must have been an impact with something, blasts give you no warning.
