I hate to get into an accident in some of these countries, the accident itself would be terrifying, but even more scary would be seeing the approaching army of well-intentioned grasping hands preparing to wrench and grate at possible broken bones. Imagine lying there feeling numbness or shooting pain in your legs.. then the locals all come running over to get you back on your feet.
