A man who claimed his pregnant wife trated wrong by doctor; cut doctor's thoroat in hospital's emergency room. It happened in Niğde, Turkey.

If you are going to have your throat cut, there's no better place for it than an emergency room.  BTW, the title is misleading.  Looks like the doctor just got a little nick on the side of his neck.
