Water Inrush Accident in Highway Tunnel Under Construction
At approximately 5:00 PM on November 10th, a water seepage accident occurred in the Ningnan Tunnel, part of the 13th section of the Liangshan Riverside Expressway in Sichuan Province. Surveillance footage shows water suddenly gushing out of the tunnel at 5:48 PM. Workers at the scene immediately evacuated towards the tunnel entrance. On November 12th, staff from the Ningnan County Emergency Management Bureau confirmed the incident, but stated that no injuries were reported. A staff member from the Ningnan County Publicity Department responded that the expressway project team involved would release a statement regarding the cause of the accident. |

I will take a wild guess that the tunnel is lower than the river, and physics took care of the rest.  |

Okay to clear up any confusion with my statement, this is the small paragraph I took the words from: “A staff member from the Ningnan County Publicity Department responded that the expressway project team involved would release a statement regarding the cause of the accident.” My thoughts are  is the *staff member thinking, cause of the accident…  It was thousands of gallons of rushing water you stupid fuck. Cause of the accident…roflmao  |
