India, A truck carrying industrial goods lost control, crashed through the flyover's safety barrier and plunged 45 feet below.

As a result 56-year-old R.B, died on the spot from the impact. He was travelling alone and there were no eyewitnesses to explain what caused him to lose control of the vehicle.

Preliminary inspection found no apparent defects on the stretch where the accident occurred. The road was in good condition, with no potholes or other visible road hazards that might have distracted the driver.

The police have registered a case of accidental death and launched an investigation into the incident.
