Watch Out for the Incoming Burning Bus
A burning bus hit a white Palio in Pavuna, North Zone of Rio. The bus, line 665, caught fire on Sunday after suffering an electrical failure. In the videos you can hear the despair of people and see them getting out of the way that were close to the vehicle. Some people even came up to approach the bus on fire to remove other vehicles that were parked nearby. In a statement sent to the press, Transportes América reported that it will carry out an investigation on the bus of line 665 to determine the cause of the fire. There were no injuries and the company is available to the owners of the affected cars for the repairs. According to the press office of the Military Police (PM), the driver reported that there was an electrical breakdown in the vehicle that soon caught fire. Also according to the PM, the flames spread and hit three more vehicles. |
