+1 This. He should be arrested at minimum for assualt with a deadly weapon. What would happen to you if you hit an LEO like that with your car? |

No, the skateboarder was charged with obstruction of justice and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Shouldn't the driver be charged with negligent use of a motor vehicle/failing to pay due care and attention or something like that?
