38 year old N.V.Q. hit 3 motorcycles/scooter and 3 people got injured. A quick test revealed that the crane truck driver, N.V.Q, tested negative for drugs and had no alcohol in his system. Speaking with authorities at the scene, the driver stated that the cause of the multi-vehicle collision was a sudden brake failure in the crane truck.
