1:58 that woman crossing the street at the bottom right corner. She doesnt even flinch when the cars collided! Must have had her music on! And why dont they just put up lights? The proof is there, they need it. Wtf?! Are they waiting for an accident at this intersection that wipes out someone "important" or a car filled with babies??! Geez!
