Wow. He got rear ended. You can see the black SUV that hit him if you pause the video as the car is turned around. Rear ended on the open road. You can notice a van parked on the right lane. The black SUV was behind the car that got hit, tried to pass the guy who got hit once the van was out of the way, saw the car hidden by the van, got back behind the car that got hit to avoid hitting the car that is turning, and then rear ended the driver of the video on open road.
