Russia, Two railroad security men patrolling near a railroad track saw a toddler standing and later on crouching on the train tracks. They signalled the train driver who tried to stop the train while the men hurried to rescue the child. Almost there one of the men falls but just in time he pulls the kid from the tracks. The child was with his mother on vacation on a camp close-by and left the site unseen wandering onto the tracks.
