Location. Car is definitely at fault. Although biker should have been travelling slower so as to be able to stop/avoid if someone else did something stupid (like that). |

electric bikes are still illegal to ride in this country without insurance, but when nobody enforces it , this is why these things happen, bike rifers fault entirely, illegally riding and elactric bike on a public highway without insurance and illegally carrying a pillion passanger , assholes ! It happned about 5 miles from where i live .  |
