So why are the two trucks stuck together? did the rear most one hit the fallen truck or was the fallen truck towing the rear most one?

Non of those vehicles in the video actually stopped for the stop sign, just merely tapped the pedal to flash their brakelights, and kept going.

Now that you mentioned it, it was plain to see that is a whole truck pulling another big trailer bed. i was used to seeing just a tractor head pulling a trailer bed.
