Australia. On September 29th, two teenagers broke into a private house, stole the keys to a Mercedes and went for a joyride around the city.

Then the car struck a tree and a mailbox before launching into the air, performing a 540-degree rotation. It slammed into a parked utility vehicle, completely writing it off, and landed on its side in a plume of thick smoke.

Less than an hour later, one of the 14-year-old thieves was pulled from the mangled car and taken to the hospital under police guard. His accomplice fled the scene and was never apprehended.

The captured 14-year-old was charged with aggravated break and enter and being carried in a conveyance taken without consent. Despite the severity of the airborne crash, he was granted strict conditional bail to appear in children's court on October 19, 2026.

The incident was captured on a nearby security camera, and the footage was so intense that web users initially suspected it was AI-generated.
