I know nothing about the road rules in San Salvador, but my guess would be primary fault lies with the car driver who turned in front of the bikes. If the bikers were travelling too fast (I have no idea if that was the case) then they would also have a degree of fault, but I think the main fault would lie with the car. If the car should have given way then you can't blame the bikers for expecting it to do that. |
