That was recorded in Junction City, Oregon at an event titled “Function at the Junction” it’s a three day cruise through and around the town of about 6,000 people. Mostly older street rods and muscle cars, with some oddball cars and motorcycles thrown in for good measure. I don’t think either of these chuckleheads understood the rules of engagement during the event.
