Only on fucking idiot to blame there, but you see driving like that in fog all the time here in the UK, but its mostly BMW and Audi drivers

Fucking people with hazards on in fog or rain. If your car uses the same bulb for blinker/brake and your hazards are on, guess what... You've rendered your brake lights useless. Both my cars still continue to flash even when the brake is pressed.
