The sphincter-tightening moment is captured as a dangerous crash takes place on an Oklahoma highway on Monday (September 23) that highlights the risk of distracted driving.

"This afternoon, while driving on I-235 near the Oklahoma State Capitol, I witnessed this white pickup, whose driver had been on his phone, crash at near highway speed into the unfortunate law-abiding driver in front of him, causing a chain reaction multi-vehicle accident.

It left me feeling sick and angry because this driver (and too many like him) do not drive with the care and attention required to safely navigate our busy roads.

No text, no phone call, nothing on the mobile phones is worth the reckless and sometimes tragic consequences it can result in," said the filmer.

I’m so fucking sick to death of people on their phones while driving!! Texting, checking their IG, FB, or whatever the hell they are doing, instead of driving. I have almost been hit, so many times by like idiots like this!! Recently, I saw a man who was in front of me, where traffic came to a sudden stop, and he put on his flashers. I thought that was a great idea. Hopefully, the drivers coming up to the stopped traffic will see the flashing lights and notice that traffic is at a dead stop ahead. Better yet, get off your fucking phones!
