Two men in a pick-up truck in Phuket, Thailand, were killed when a truck, whose brakes had failed, veered into the other lane and collided into the pick-up.

The truck driver, 38, was slightly injured, but the two occupants of the pick-up - the 64-year-old driver and a 62-year-old passenger - both died.
