Thats why over here, i dont agree that electric bikes do not require registration and driver's license. most of those who have license acts like that, imagine those who are not even qualified to have a license yet. at the moment, electric vehicles here are free from registration and licenses and are currently pestering the roads by driving in the middle of the road at slow speed. just going where they want to go with no concern for the rightful registered vehicles on the road.
