Train Hits the Back of a Semi Trailer Standing on Level Crossing
Poland, An international train from Katowice had no chance of slowing down. The door was pulled out of the trailer, which hung on the locomotive. The wheel that fell off the trailer damaged a Fiat. The driver and the driver were sober. Three people were injured (malaise, bruising), one of them was taken to a hospital. According to the findings of the policemen from the road traffic department of the Rybnik command, the driver of the semitrailer tractor - a 52-year-old Ukrainian citizen, driving in the direction of Polna street, incorrectly made the maneuver turn to the right. The driver was forced to correct this maneuver. When the truck trailer was on the railway crossing, the driver did not notice that the gate arm was lowered. The approaching train of the Katowice-Prague relationship hit the end of the semitrailer from which the doors and the spare wheel were pulled out. The policemen arrested the 52-year-old citizen of Ukraine and filled in a request for punishment to the court. The railway route was closed for about 3.5 hours. |

I'm impressed with how fast the train was able to stop. They must have exceptional train brakes over there.

Gees (semi trailer driver) driver, just take your time getting off the tracks. It's ok, bags of time! Just drive slowly and casually away. No need to step on it to get off the tracks in a hurry. ![]() |
