Train Derails After Slamming into a Box Truck Crossing the Tracks
Czech Republic. On July 23, at 1:25 p.m. at a level crossing between Tábor and Chýnov stations a passenger train Os 18410 collided with a box truck that was crossing the level crossing.  As a result of the accident, the train derailed and four people were injured, namely, the truck driver, the engineer and 2 train passengers. The damage to the train is five million crowns. The Railway Administration estimated the damage to the railway at another 100 thousand crowns. The damage to the truck is one million. A man from the truck suffered serious injuries, he was airlifted to the České Budějovice hospital while conscious. |

Absolutely perfect timing!  Couldn’t have timed it more perfectly and kudos to the person recording it with their phone. A lot of people would start screaming “STOP!!!” Or something to the effect. This person: calm, cool and collected.  |
