I can't tell for sure, but some specialty trailers have driver - controlled hydraulic steering on trailer. In the US, this normal sized trailer wouldn't, only extra long ones. Lots of Euro roads are much tighter than US & those trailers may be more prevalent. That appears to me to be the case for this trailer to swing across the center line. Driver error.

It sounds like a damn shotgun. When you're rolling down the road, clicking off miles and a tire blows, no matter how many times you've had it happen, it grabs your attention awfully damn quick.
