~ Looks like the driver actually cared enough to just crash into the pole than the truck, probably since the driver would not have survived running into the back of the truck. ~ The speed bump also helped. |

The bumper did its job & stopped all forward progress towards the toll booth. It didn't deflect or just slow forward progress, it stopped with no give. Nice!!
