yea its pretty common...but you can over do it. in the cold mostly its hard to set the bead on wider rims....the ether creates a small explosion (also heats the rubber to be more flexible)...and seats the bead...once the bead is set the fire goes out....but looks like he used way too much here and the ether got some oxygen from somewhere. footage |
