Three Police Officers Beat Up Handcuffed Iraq War Veteran
CCTV captures a police officer beating an Iraq war vet, banging his head against the road and grinding his face into it. Its worth noting the officer is a special constable who are police volunteers and not paid, or fully sworn in as officers. Also when he ''fell over'' it looked to me like he was bracing himself to charge at them, and they knocked him over... I think the one who was punching him etc was a bit out of line, but I'll leave it for you guys to decide...

The officer that was holding his head should be charged. That was totally uncalled for. What is with police, they had him down, there was no need for that.
