Why did they wait so long before jumping off the vehicle? I would of jumped off that the millisecond it became elevated. Maybe they think it's normal for a truck to tilt like that?  |

It looks like they're installing the counterweights to the construction crane. Operator tried to wire down when it started tipping but not fast enough.

Counterweights eh ... so I'm guessing they would be heavy?! If they are going to lift heavy things with the boom extended horizontally they should have installed counterweights ... |
