what was this dude doing recording anyway? it wasnt a dash cam because you see his finger and it was moving. Its like this guy made a threat to hurt himself and he was following to see if he did it.Obviously the scooter man hit the truck on purpose so thats my opinion. Also wtf with the people riding on the truck?? lmao crazy crazy crazy all over town.
