Teenager with Pillion Rider on a Scooter Hit a Flatbed Truck
In the Tarbagataysky District of the Republic of Buryatia, russia, a 15 year old schoolboy with his 20 year old friend as pillion rider on a scooter failed to give way to a Nissan flatbed truck. As a result the 15 year old suffered a hip fracture while his friend was unharmed.
