Teen Driver Swerves into Oncoming Traffic While Texting
Sean Symons was driving on an Arkansas highway recently when he saw a teen driving erratically in front of him. Symons says the teen was text-messaging, which caused him to swerve onto the shoulder of the road and then into oncoming traffic. Symons called police, and then got out his own cell phone to videotape what was happening.

I was once in a 3-car accident (I got to be the sandwich filling) that was caused by a guy who was on the phone while driving (without a hands-free device). It totaled my car. Luckily no one was injured. When I went to see if he was okay, he was on the phone and I assumed he was calling the police. If I had known then that he was merely finishing up his sales call, I would have taken that phone and chucked it into traffic.  |
