Re: Tanker Truck Loses Tire
I wonder how many times that's happened? I dont think the truck drivers are aware that they have lost a tyre because they have so many, I was driving an open back truck with a 15 foot walk board loosly tied on, on arrival, I found the board had came off on my journey, I went in search of this 15ftx2ft aliminium and wood monster, with dread and fear, expecting to find carnage on my hunt{3miles}, but I found nothing at all, no scrape marks no debri, and thankfully no carnage, but to this day, i will never understand how, no-1=no one was hurt, no-2=no one alerted me,{it was a busy route} no-3=no signs what so ever of it falling, and finaly where it went to, it was all a twilight moment, |

Re: Tanker Truck Loses Tire
I was driving on a highway alongside a truck when a tire blew. Scared the shit out of me. Sounded like a shotgun blast and at speeds of 80mph you don't expect to hear that while jamming to the oldies
