23 teenagers and 7 crew - rescued after Dutch Tall-Ship 'Astrid' hits rocks off the Cork coast today. The ship suffered engine failure but before they could raise the sails, the ship was smashed off the rocks off of Oysterhaven, near Kinsale, Co. Cork, Ireland.
Two Coastguard helicopters, Lifeboats and several Coastguard Units took part in what was a massive and difficult rescue operation carried out in rough seas.
