A motorcyclist was suspected to have fallen asleep, and veered to the side of the road. He collided with A, who was passing by, causing A to fall to the ground. Although he was clearly conscious, his injuries were serious. Witnesses quickly called an ambulance for help. There is no paved sidewalk in this section.
