Just by the sight of it I'd say the odds of his survival are slim. It does appear he had issues beforehand due to the swerving, possibly drunk.

That dude is so dead… no way to survive an impact like that… If he was traveling at 45 mph and the bus coming towards him at the same rate of speed puts the impact at 90 mph. He’s a deader ~ |
