Ya its Russia and yeah I know I always blame accidents on Vodka etc. But this time its a woman driver, I'm not sure what to think (heheh) please someone clarify this for me..........  |

The only thing I can think of is that she was trying to avoid hitting those two dudes walking down the road? Maybe she was distracted and panicked when she noticed them?
