Abdul Rahman, an 18-year-old high school student, from Egypt, driving his uncle's car at high speed after he left Friday prayers, pulls the hand brake and hits a guy crossing the road, who later turned out to be a friend, and was seriously injured.

The car also hit two other people, including a young child, who were taken to General Hospital for treatment.

As the defendant fled his car from the scene for fear of the brutality of the residents, the front license plate of the car fell off due to the collision with the victims, and was found to be numbered "FS 5681".

Police arrested 18-year-old Abdul Rahman, who lives in Fayoum. Investigations found that the defendant did not have a driver's license and the car belonged to his uncle traveling abroad.
