Re: Student on the Phone Smashes Head into the Windshield
What even possesses someone to cross any street without looking?

Think the driver was also on his phone. Talk about slow reactions.

Re: Student on the Phone Smashes Head into the Windshield
The driver had plenty of time to react and didn't. He just wasn't being observant enough to see someone walking in the road ahead of him. The pedestrian still bears the biggest portion of the blame because he wasn't watching where he was going. You're crossing the road, and you know there are cars there. Put down the phone and pay attention! |
