Two people were seriously injured after they were hit by a car during a street takeover event in the North Hills neighborhood of the San Fernando Valley Sunday evening.

Paramedics responded to the emergency at the intersection of Plummer Street and Haskell Avenue at 5:55 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Video of the crash shows the car slam into the pedestrians, knocking one unconscious. The other victim suffered a severely broken leg, gruesome video of the crash shows.

The driver involved in the crash fled the scene, the Los Angeles Police Department told KTLA. The involved car was a black sedan, video of the crash shows.

Both victims were hospitalized due to their injuries. One of the victims suffered severe injuries, police said.

Police have not released any other details about the crash at this time. The investigation is ongoing.

Using very slow motion you can see that foot of hers go directly under the right rear spinning tire. It’s clear as day when slowed down. Both kids were playing the fool and suffered the consequences. Drinking dummies. Paying the price of idiocy.

Yes, they made some very shity decisions, but did nobody notice how the pack swarmed all over the dude, while the female with an avulsion of her ankle or maybe the bottom of fibiula and tibia and her female friend was the one to pick her up and move her off the road.
I admit the movement they put them both through was terrible and they should have stablized the bleeding and check for breathing on both parties. Among some other things bystanders could do. It just makes me sick that there are PLENTY of people to help BOTH parties but every goes to the one that has a dick in their pants. Yes he definitely took a hard blow and needs to get to a hospital ASAP, but come on, all the other peeps standing around didn't offer any help to her and her friend. I could get in get on a soap box about this, but I will leave it at this.
