Definitely shouldn't have been walking in the middle of the road, but it looked like he was running from something coming toward him and ran into speedos path.  |

So dumbass is walking down the center of a 40mph Rd., when another dumbass doing about 30mph over the speed limit comes down the road, swerves to miss him but hits him anyway, and the driver gets charged with murder? That's some BS China shit right there. Here, involuntary manslaughter at best, and even that's gonna be hard since the kid was being an equal idiot. |

Yeah... murder is a bit much for this. If the kid is walking in the middle of the fucking road then there's 50:50 liability here. Involuntary manslaughter would be my maximum, on top of reckless driving.
